Well. I have been trying to figure out how the whole discussion on how
to get Daddy as interested in Mommy as in GMC'c started with my name
attached. It seems that my 11 year old was up late the other night
(Valentines day). She was mad at me for bringing Julie home a bottle of
bleach for Valentines day (it has been a tradition for 8 years because
Julie loves to bleach things and always has me go and buy lots of
chocolate the day after at half price.)
She (Katelyn) was the one who posted that note! Seems that my whole
family is looking for advice related to the GMC from the sage followers
of the GMCnet!
Needless to say, our romantic interlude in the GMC described in my last
post, took place after her bedtime and was not known to her.
I have now changed my email password. A lesson has been learned.
To paraphrase my post in the fall...Julie is a
61 model with low mileage. She does not look her age. Interior rebuilt
after third child. Headlights in fine shape, not in need of
re-alignment or replacement by rectangular units. Rear end sags only
slightly. Former concourse winner (Miss Connecticut, Oyster Festival
Queen, etc.). Once ridden by famous sports figures (she dated the New
York Jets kicker Dave Jennings and went to the prom with Steve Young).
Knee bearings replaced the day before I picked up the GMC in Illinois.
Six non-offset wheels all spin in different directions. Needs new
headliner. Thinks SOB refered to in these discussions refers to me.
Pampered by proud current owner. Low maintenance. No reasonable offers
accepted, however would consider trade for Christie Brinkley and a mint
78 Palm Beach w/Winterfeld 600 hp engine.
