In reference to the many problems I listed in my previous e-mail, I wanted
to add - If it had not been for the GMC Motorhome Mailing List,( GMC
International, GMC Western States and GMC Pacific Clubs) My experiences
would have been horrendous. I appreciate all the help and encouragement.
Also I wanted to add that it has been one year ago that I purchased my GMC
Motorhome and my experiences are ongoing. I am no longer an experienced
buyer. We are happy with our Motorhome, it rides beautifully and as we
take care of each problem, we find it more and more enjoyable. My Dad used
to say, "If it's not broken, don't fix it." but with a GMC Motorhome, fix it
or have it fixed by a reliable GMC mechanic before it becomes a problem.
BTW what improves the gas mileage the most? The HEI, Fuel injection, 6-sp
tranny, 350 diff., or tires? This is the problem I'm working on.
