Day, actually). Congratulations!

I know the feeling .
As to your add-on heater idea, I have no experiential
knowledge about mounting it under the dinette seat, but
PO of my coach mounted a similar heater in the
"headboard" cabinet of the rear bed area. 12-volt, 3-
speed fan, plumbed into the engine coolant lines running
from/through the water heater. He added a 120-volt
external heating element, and a circulating pump. Ball
valve shut off and bypass valves. Works great, especially
here in Southern California (coach was originally from
upstate New York where winter is spelled with a capital
W).
Feasible in your case? I'd say so. Work out your plumbing
and ducting, and there you go.
Surplus Center? I don't know about that. Sounds like my
kind of place. Where, how to contact, Web, tele (?)
