Hi folks...
Wasn't there a post from some one looking for a 23" ? Saw this in the
ad section of the lastest GMC MH Intern'l:
"23 ft rear gaucho/double bed. Excellent project coach. All parts are
here. 61,368 miles. Other interests force sale. $7500 Don
Baumgardner - (417) 443-3058 "
(Marcus...don't you need another project for the Fall?.... (g))
As an aside, Tom and I will have to be spectators at the NC convention
as our 23' will not be finished in time.
One small setback was that the "Beautification Committee" in this inner
city community took umbrage at Tom's Toy parked (wholly) in our driveway
and had the local police hand out a $150 citation. This in violation
of an ordinance that prohibits pretty much anything other than parking a
yuppy-mobile on the homeowners property for more than 48 hours per
month. Fortunately the judge was a bit more humane and understood that
our driveway is not the Toy's permanent home, it was only on a temporary
visit while the wheels were being inspected. The Toy is back in the
storage lot now and the case was dismissed.
One more year till the youngest is in College and then we're outta here
for a smaller house but with room for a LARGE garage!
Anneke - Houston
Hot - Hot - Hot !!! The temps are stuck on three digits....and the
worse month (August) is yet to come...
