A special tanks to Billy

I am assuming that is was Billy Massey (bdub) that fixed the email address to userid translation problem for us. This has been going on for about a
year for a few users but got much worse recently.

Now after a week or so of watching it, the problem appears to be 100% fixed. Billy if it was not you, then please pass on my thanks to the person
that fixed it for us.

Thanks Ken, it wasn't me. I did get Eugene involved who finally figured it
out and with a couple overdue code upgrades, got it solved.
He is currently living it up in Big Bend without internet access but does
know the list is working correctly.
Thanks for spurring the action.
