I'm still hoping the Truma Combi (combination forced air heat and gas water heat) becomes available in the US. That would be perfect for those of us
who like to dry camp.

They are nice but $$$$.... i guess of you were building and replacing everything (furnace, hot water) it might not be as bad.

I know they are pricey, but I'm thinking it might be worth it to replace the furnace AND the water heater with one nice new, compact, efficient unit.

When it comes to actually laying out the cash, I might change my mind. Best case I could find a used or surplus unit for a bargain price.
