A Hypothetical Question

I'm curious if anyone has removed the brass oil cooler hose fittings
from the radiator? Did you have any problems?

I may be crazy(as if there was any doubt before now), but I'm thinking
of replacing all the oil cooler plumbing with AN-8 stuff and that would
require replacing these fittings. The sad part is that I just had the
radiator recored, so I just missed a great opportunity to get those
fittings out. Any damage would have been easily repaired at the
radiator shop.

Hi Patrick,
Don't know about the GMC but I did take some fittings
out of a radiator in a 1967 pontiac once....they came
right out no problem.
