Hi David

Duracool has a hydro-carbon base. (Isobutane and Propane I think). It is approved for use in motor
vehicles in Canada, Australia, Japan and Europe, but not the USA. The Duracool brochure does not
say if the product contains an oderizer to detect leaks. They do recommend using a soap spray to
check for leaks in preference to a torch. :-)
