A/C louvers

I am trying to find a pair of A/C louvers to match the ones in our 1977 Royale. The existing lower dash louvers on the drivers side can't be removed
from the original panel to fit the new one and I haven't found anything close. At least in size that is, I did find some 1-9/16" X 4-3/4" but those
are too small. Any ideas from the brain trust? Thanks all, Hal

Not much early stuff around here in yards. I found some that would 'fit' the openings from Red Dot but they aren't a match at all.

Hal,

The ones I used in my new dash came from surplus stores around Elkhart.
