For those still considering the land speed record, you might want to
contact GY about de-rating these tires to gain additional top end speed.

Hi all

I searched the Goodyear site for some time and could not find that info,
congratulations, maybe I need to take lessons :-)

My Speed chart (from Michelin) shows speed rating G to be 90 kph or 56 mph,
75mph might be OK for a GMC but 56mph certainly is not.

I stopped by the local Goodyear dealer and asked about the speed rating, he
could not find any in his book.

Michelin shows a speed rating of 106mph for the LTX tire but no rating for
the XPS tire.
