If anyone is interested I saw this coach on craigslist a couple of weeks
ago listed at $25K

A bit much for my budget - when it dropped to $17K I went and had a look
at it today.

From the pictures it looks like about an 8 or a 9.

In person, more like a 3 or 4.

First clue: door lock had been screwdrivered and destroyed.

Airbags look to be original and the rubber is iffy. Tires supposedly
'new' show lots of sidewall checking.

No battery power so impossible to see if engine or Onan (or much of
anything else) works, rear has aluminum wheels, front is steel wheels
with plastic hubcaps simulating aluminum wheels.

Propane system unknown although the 3-burner cooktop has a microwave
oven integrated below.

Carburetor may be TBI, I didn't pop the top to have a look but there's
an Edelbrock fuel injection control panel (and retrofit cruise control)
to the right of the airbag control panel. Listing says carburetor needs
rebuilding - air cleaner and carb gasket were languishing on passenger
seat.

I looked at this thinking it would be nice to have the rear window for
sightseeing instead of a view into our bathroom (RB Birchaven) but I
guess that's not to be, at least not this coach.

Maybe worth $5 - $8K, if it ever runs, JMHO.

Sadly the seller purchased it from a GMC flipper in Southern CA called Driven.co.
Driven.co buys tired GMCs, polishes them and repaints the stripes (usually in a non original color), puts a slick video on Youtube and sells them for
$20k+
This particular GMC was advertised for sale by Driven.co for $29k in October 2020.
The video is still on Youtube here https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=suM0BMcvHaw
