Has anyone installed one of these on their coach? Apparently, because of the length of the vehicle, you would want to use 180/190° cameras on the sides to cover the FoV (Field of View). I'm wondering if a 170° camera front/rear is adequate to the task (narrower FoV requirements). Also, wondering the best height to mount the cameras.
On a car, they are mounted in the side mirrors, at the grill, and the trunk-latch. I've seen pictures showing the cameras mounted near the roof mid-ship on busses. I will experiment with splitting the difference and mounting the side cameras in the "belt" trim, with the front camera in the grill and the rear at the spare-tire mount.
The reason to mount them lower than the roof is to keep the rear camera at a better level to use as a reversing/back-up camera (with dynamic tracking/turning lines).

Or will I be the first? 😁

The radio screen will rise above the dashboard (for visibility) when the main unit is mounted in the front panel of the dashboard. The add-on provides the interface for the four cameras. The 190° cameras mounts to the side of the coach to cover the entire length. The Parking Radar (proximity detector) provides audible warning of obstacles when reversing and performs as the rear camera in 360° mode. The Dynamic rear camera provides parking guidelines that curve away behind the vehicle as the vehicle turns (straight when backing straight). Still looking for a "radar" unit that provides an HD camera with 170° FoV and Dynamic lines.

AHD (Analog High-Definition) uses coaxial cable instead of digital pairs like USB or Ethernet. The bandwidth over coax will support 2MP (1920x1080) and even 4K (3840x2160) at 30fps.

I've also been looking into these. They look really cool and would sure help parking in campsites!

Do you have a link to this unit. I tried googling using the info you posted,but didn't come up with a complete radio plus cameras package.

Select TS800, TS400, or TS200. That said, you want at least 2GB of RAM just to operate the unit; like running Windows on 2G RAM... SO painful! Get at least 4GB (TS400).

The vehicle-specific mounting adapter is attached at installation; ignore it for a generic 2DIN opening. If you want to use the stock 1DIN opening, you would want a different radio. I'm installing into a NGMC Mac Dash.

I completely forgot about this thread. I have since made changes to the initial design. I'm no longer using a big screen Android head unit. Instead, I'm using a 10.4 inch ultra-wide Android Auto device that sits atop my dashboard. It has inputs for a rear camera, and Bluetooth connects to my phone for all other functions. I bought a standalone 360° camera system that will plug into that rear camera input. That way I can have both a GPS map with turn-by-turn instructions and a 360° camera system side by side at all times while driving. It also provides for quick message reading in a small sidebar.

I still had to use dedicated ultra wide angle cameras to catch the front and rear bumpers on the side views, and that required custom wiring harnesses since apparently there is no industry standard for pinouts for these type of cameras. All of that has been accomplished and everything works as expected. I simply need to obtain the proper calibration mats as what I ordered is not optimal for the configuration firmware in the 360° control box. Once that is handled and calibrated and functioning, I'll start drilling holes to mount the side view and front cameras.
