I don't think I'd worry about insurance. I think UPS insures to $100
automatically anyway.

I don't know what email client your using, but most of em let you make a
list like this:

Name of addressee - Thomas 317 Group
Address - bdub, hbeeck, paa8394,
willa, 9675.0203, dlowry,
mgrady, hdavis, thhole,
dlm, m.trimble, KNOBBYMAC,
songtekpub, Gcbr, rhwang, ELUBO

Just send the email to Thomas 317 Group and it should go out to the list.
