You keep mentioning sales tax. It's my understanding that any out of state
sale does not require sales tax collection (not that the states aren't
trying to, but I believe it's a Federal authority issue), perhaps there may
be some exceptions???

we now have 23, going for the 30-59 price break at $125.33 +SH+maybe
sales
tax (which I really don't want to pay either) The newbies are Wayne
Newland,
Bob McCarthy, Tom Hole, Dave Melton, and Billy Massey There are also 3
fence
sitters and one who will buy if we need him for 30- this guy lives in OK
and
goes by the alias, Glyn Trimble.

Sales tax can also be a local issue. For example, Standford and Berkeley
both have laws on the books that attempt to make ANY sale (shipment etc)
within their borders a taxable event. Nearly every state has some form of
regulation that complicates the sales atx issue. Even the "clarification"
about Internet sales being taxable ONLY in the state in which the business
is located haven't cleared things up al that much.
