The difficulty in getting 16.5" tires was another reason I went with Alcoa's.
Try calling Costco's tire department even if you're not a member. You might
find that it's worth joining Costco for what you might save on the tires. My
membership to Sam's was due for a renewal and I ended up joining Costco instead
to save the $$ on the tires. Costco was less expensive then Sam's Club by more
then the amount of the membership. Wal-Mart also seems to have good prices on
tires around here and you know there is a Wal-Mart by the Silverdome.
Good luck, I hope you get new tires before next Tuesday. You don't want to
miss the rally at Gilbert's because I understand that Tim Brown will be showing
us all how to replace air bags.
