12v/24v air conditioner module

roaming around BangGood web site, I ran into a supplemental a/c module that should fit under the dash of your favorite GMC. $225 sounds nice, shipping
seems strange. They list Canadian Warehouse, but indicate shipping by boat. Needs to be tied into your current a/c system. Put your A-6 to work.
Listed as 12v/24v air condenser wall-mount cooling fan for car caravan truck - 12v.

Well that makes no sense as it would be an evaporator. The condenser is in front of the radiator

Nope. Same correction. It appears to be an aux evaporator w fan unit. I still see no specs though
