I just found that my 12 volt converter is malfunctioning.
Without a load it is putting out a 13 volts and is adjustable.
But, as soon as a load is put on the unit, it puts out between
17 and 18 volts and the adjusting mechanism inside the unit no
longer works. It is a converter made by BW Manufacturers, Inc.
of Kokomo, Indiana, model 3230UL. I tried to find a listing for
them in the internet yellow pages but come up blank. I'm not
sure if this is the original converter because it looks different
than the one in my owners manual.

Can anyone help me on this or will I need to buy a new converter.
If I have to buy a new one, is there anything I should be
considering?

Also, I have the original Norcold refrigerator. Everything works
but the sight glass for the propane flame doesn't show anything
when the flame is on. Any suggestions on how to fix that? I was
thinking of running some sort of fiber optic strand from the
flame area but can't find where to buy something like that.

Thanks for your help. I am a newbie that hasn't yet gotten the
coach to be ready for travel even though I've had it since July.
