I recently noticed that the pads on my 1-Ton front brakes are getting a bit
thin -- after, as a WAG, 50,000 miles. So today I decided to order
replacements. I found a bargain at Amazon for anyone likely to need them
soon: Performance Friction 0370.20 for $25.99 -- they're usually $75-$100
from other sources. They only have 3 sets, so move fast. I cancelled my
order for one of those after checking my parts shelf and finding a set --
as well as the two sets of 0154-20's needed for the rear (which are still
~$50 a set).
