50 miles North of Chicago in Waukegan.
This has been a rather eventful couple of months.
I had to replace the house and vehicle battery tie solenoid.
Then I had to rebuild the starter.
Now, in the process of replacing the tires I find the rear tire fender liner has a sealant has separated from the wood floor, the part it sits on.
I had planned on tackling this for awhile but didn't have a good plan.
I thought I might use that sealant tape that is used on the roof because it has a bit of
body as well as seal the surface.
Another thought, as I look at all this, there is a lot of gaps, and spaces. Anyone play with foam sealant? Expanding sealant to fill
the spaces??? apply the foam, trim it then coat it with something, perhaps the rubber sealant you paint on that we
see " AS SEEN ON TV"???? Its good enough to cut the bottom of a boat out and go boating???
I am open to suggestions but the weather is turning and I may have to push it back and live with what I have now.
Thanks for any ideas guys.

I am getting some answers on the GMCnet forum. I don't know if we are allowed to copy those answers and paste them there but there are a couple of very good ideas. check them out
