So its a 1980s GMC Vandura G25 frontier rear bath factory no side door, driver side bathroom with closet, rear hatch, original interior original, working appliances, Ontario

Just a plain vanilla google search without the model year offered up some sites like the following:

Condition and seller's optimism are the two biggest factors in the asking prices. Prices will be all over the place.
