Window rubber before roof and upper side panel paint??

I’m kinda thinking I already know the answer but I thought I’d ask. I watched a Jim Bounds window rubber replacement and spray painting the window frame. I think this should happen before the roof and side panels get painted. Do you all concur?

It's a bit easier to mask off the curved edge of the window frames than the flat sidewalls, but it's entirely doable and not onerous either way.

Damn, I guess both of our POs were both skeptical of the importance of prepping before painting! Same thing happened to me with the blue tape pulling off Imron.
