I got used ones for my coach, from Sirum GMC. It looks like a part that could be readily 3-D printed, if someone would do it ; )I was resealing the roof rails, and my end caps disappeared, right about the time someone was seen prowling around my gmc. Are they impossible to find?I can’t really finish sealing that side until i get new ones.
Saw those. May be my only option.I got used ones for my coach, from Sirum GMC. It looks like a part that could be readily 3-D printed, if someone would do it ; )
I saw a video on YouTube where a guy printed plastic ones.I was thinking someone had already modeled some end caps for 3D printing, but maybe that was for the belt trim? Hmm...
I'm not sure if they're hard to come by or not. I would try posting in the Parts Wanted section. There are several of us that have parts coaches laying around.
Yea I don’t like the idea of plastic, so I’ve been watching videos on aluminum casting haha.Yes indeed, I knew this all sounded familiar:

If you don't have a printer, you can order prints from a print-house. Or if you don't mind waiting, I can print some. One thing I do recommend is NOT making them from PLA. It doesn't do well with UV or moisture, but is everyone's favorite filament. PETG would probably do much better. There are even better alternatives that cost more and are harder to print, but I've only dabbled in PLA and PETG so far.
That's fun too! I filled my intake with aluminum earlier this year. A great excuse to get the foundry. I haven't messed with any sand casting yet though.Yea I don’t like the idea of plastic, so I’ve been watching videos on aluminum casting haha.
