Hi Everyone,

I was wondering if anyone knew of a long Term RV park in the Vancouver BC area that is reasonably priced for long term stays. I keep running into the issue of either insane prices or the units need to be less than 12 years old. Thanks in advanced for your help.

Does yours look nice? If so, call management at the locations that have an age rule and talk to them. Tell them it's a classic that most people usually drool over, and send them a picture if they're willing to look. These places will very often make exceptions. Their main objective is to prevent any eye-sores from coming in. Sometimes you can reason with them if yours is not an eye-sore.

Some areas in Vancouver city have a significant number of 'curbside camper communities' in industrial areas. Makes the news every year or 2 and then the issue goes away after one community gets moved.
In Metro Vancouver, I ride my bike past hundreds of old RVs being lived in fulltime, some subtilty, some blatant. Few are well kept so if yours looks nice, whatever little bylaw enforcement there is would look to others that are spreading onto the road al lawns. Hanging flower baskets on the mirrors and totes under are a sure sign of fulltime living in one spot. Still, I see many doing that for a year. Eviction is not heavy handed but fairly gentle as they are dealing with an unlucky, marginalized demographic that simply can not afford Metro Vancouver rent,
You could probably live curbside indefinitely and explore new (mostly industrial) neighborhoods while moving every few days while visiting a sanidump each time you relocate.
