Winter-rising??

We got our General last Nov, winterized it and let her sit. Anxious to try
it out, and since weather this week was to be favorable (high 60's, low
40's), proceeded to de-winterize. Late conflicts developed preventing our
local trip. Question, low tonight to be mid-to-low 20's. Would I be safe
to leave furnace on with thermostat set to about 60 or should I play safe
and put the antifreeze back in???
Some of you Yankees opinion appreciated.

Neely,

I ran the furnace and a small electric heater under similar temperature
conditions for a week with no problems. I am originally from Rhode
Island. Father, yankee mother, German. My 78 Royale came with six
brand new 16.5 tires. No Alcoas for me until the tires are worn out or
five years old.

I don't see how it could freeze up if you left the furnace on. You might
want to leave the bath door open and the sink doors
