Dave,
Which felts are you referring to? If it is the driver/ pass. windows, it
takes 2 8' sections to do the two. There are a few important mods you need
to make to allow the slider to move freely.

If this is what you refer to, let me know and I'll go over the mods and
supply the material.

Jim I need the material for a 1976 palmbeach also. Is it the new material or
the old wire felt?

Dave,

After I saw your message I checked the JC Whitney catalogue expecting to forward
the part number to you. But there are 3 or 4 seals which look similar to the
seals for GMC's and I could not tell from the pictures which one is correct, so
I did not reply. (Last fall I got replacement seals from Jim Bounds.)

I just finished installing the new window felts from Jim. They're the new
style with no wires. Really improve the seal on the windows. He even sent
new plastic buttons and screws for the window latches too. It's a real
bargain.

Last week I sent a msg asking for the JC Whitney Part Number for bulk
pack seal for the cockpit windows for a non Netter.

I don't recall seeing the msg and since I didn't get a single reply from
the usually over helpful gang [g] I thought I would ask again.

He wants to buy in 50' lengths as it takes 22' to do the front cockpit
windows.

Can anyone help?

Thanks everyone who replied. I seem to recall someone had bought a 25 or
50' spool from JC Whitney. The guy who asked me wants to buy in bulk. He
knows he can get short sections from Bounds and Sirum but he and he pals
will pool their pennies and do 2 or 3 coaches. They don't want to pay
$2.00 a foot for short lengths, I guess.
