If I remember correctly (IIRC), Tom Hampton related a story of just such
an occurrence to him several years ago. The wind wing scooped up a bee
and drove it into his arm with great force, very painful as I recall.
More damage from the impact than the sting. Don't know if Tom monitors
this discussion but he can be reached at Grandview Motor Homes in
Marysville, OH for confirmation/denial.
I have since added wings AND screens and keep the screens closed for
this reason. Rain comes in no matter what.
