Answer, make one. Our unit had floor mounted swivel chairs the matched our
drivers and passengers seats. Previous owners were using TV trays to eat.
3/4 quarter ply with a 3/4 reinforcieing rib around the perimeter, plus a 2
x 2 folding leg has worked out to be a perfoct answer for us. It is
removable, but we never needed to remove it.
If anyone would be interested I could send pictures, and even specs on how
I built it.
