What's missing from my Onan?

I'm finally getting to give my Onan some TLC. I haven't tried starting it yet. For whatever reason, PO had disconnected it completely from the van. Maybe it's a transplant
Anyway, I noticed something is missing from the intake manifold. Anyone know what goes there?

What is supposed to go there and only when needed it a lifting eye.
It is really handy when doing things with the Onan.

It's for lifting a heavy item. You'd attach a chain/hook and lift it with a hoist or something. They're often called picking eyes too.

It works real well. Want to borrow mine, it is well used. That eye is over the CG and it is really handy.
