What Replacement Atwood Gas Water Heater

Good afternoon all,

I decided to despose of the very old water heater and install a new updated unit.

Does any one know the proper Atwood model# for a Gas hot water heater with heat exchanger used in a 1977 Birchaven rear bath. The water heater is
under the beverage station.

Tom,
Is there a cutout on the side of the coach that the water heater slides in and bolts to? Also, have you considered a tankless gas water heater?

Scott,

I thought about the tankless, but we do a lot of boondocking and love having hot water when we get there. I actually like the existing system, it is
just that it is very old and not worth putting money in it. It is most likely better to put that money towards a new unit.

I do see a lot of people going to tankless?
