Bryan,
Has someone already responded to your comment about using "Car" lower
ball joints? I'm a few days behind reading Digests from the weekend. Bryan,
the motorhome has special lower ball joints - don't use the car ones. The
reaming refers to preparing a car, Toronado, lower control arm, as well as
strengthening, to be used with the heavier motorhome lower ball joint on the
motorhome. You can get the correct ball joint numbers and cautions about
drilling out the rivets of the original ball joints from Gene's page, as he
said.
