Greetings:
I know we have gone down this road before, but, I don't recall seeing
the definitive answer as to what make, model and/or special modulator
valve was the best for the automatic transmission. My coach is a 1976
and I have noticed that what I thought were the bogies moving around in
the back as I took off in first gear, goes away if I put the tranny in
fist and hold till I want to shift to second. I am about to do the
synthetic fluid thing and I have to take down the pan anyway soooo!
Should I put in the Ragusa pan? Is it worth it? Does it sound like the
modulator valve to all you more experienced chappies?? What is the final
conclusion??? Or is it a round robin with as many opinions as there are
transmissions???
Thanks in advance,
Jim Ross, Victoria, B.C.
