I looked at these in the flesh at the SEMA show last week and it seemed more
gimmiky than practical. ( I don't believe I said that ;-)

Is the one you saw the http://www.mitocorp.com electronic rearview
mirror by Prince Corp (which is headquartered in Holland MI)?? It's
pricey, $200.
