Hi Toby Well said you are doing good homework sounds like you may be a
lawyer but for the record at gmcmi seminar some one spoke of having some one
using a pipe r wench too instal which put marks in the bar that would
make it break at that point Iwent to a front end shop some years ago with
two bars in hand for them to change in a 73 that i was repairing for a large
insurance company and thy cut the bolts on the frame to take the old ones
off boy did that scare that guy when it let go i thought this maybe a
safety tip for someone doing a job like this and not releaseing the force of
