I need some help overcoming another "senior moment". It's time to have the
ol' boy tuned up, but I can't find the tuning specs to pass on to the
mechanic. All my books direct me to a sticker on the valve cover which some
PO must have removed.
Will some one please tell me where I can find the recomended timing
setting. We have non-california '76 transmode with a stock 455 & HEI.
Also, without starting a debate, will some one let me know if I'll be
making a big mistake by using RC46SZ plugs gaped @ 0.060" and to be safe,
also replacing the module with either a NAPA TP45 or AC Delco 875990.
