The SW sending unit (0-150 psi) is Kit Number 279C for a stud termination
and 82894 for a Packard connector style sender. A mating Packard connector
is kit number 82891
I was a the local surplus auto store today and picked up a couple of 0-150
psi backlit gauges for $1.99 each. They are SW gauges. They had lots more
if you are interested. The gauge is marked 0-150 psi on the outer scale and
0-1000 kPa (kilo-Pascals) on the inner scale. The meter sweeps
counter-clockwise up the right side of the gauge as opposed to clockwise
across the top. They have a chrome bezel and come complete with the
backlight socket and bulb.
They require a SW 279C senders.
The supplier is Princess Auto in Winnipeg, item number is 0433706 on page
400 of their latest catalog. Price is $1.99 Canadian ($1.35US). Their phone
number is 1-800-665-8685. Their web site says the 1-800 number is good in
North America. I bought mine at the Calgary store.
SW makes no distinction between air senders and oil senders. Maybe NAPA or
? could supply a 240 ohm 150 psi sender.
