Does anyone have experience with NAPA rebuilt steering gearbox? Or,
Cardone, which is a little higher price than NAPA. Don't have enough
pennies for the specialty house ones.

Thanks,
Bill

Bill,
I have used the NAPA rebuild gear box many times with good results. The
part is 27-7519 at NAPA. Other parts houses will carry a rebuilt from "A1
Cardon" under thew part #277519. As you can see, there is little
difference. Actually, the same rebuilder probobly supplies both deallers.

Hope this helps,

I replaced my steering box in my '73 about 4 months ago-- I used
Napa part # 27-7519 $165 (From A1-Cardon)

It went in easily -- AND it fixed my Wiggle-waggle.

The one I took out would bind in one direction
