Not to long ago I saw mention that someone had Steer Safe on their GMC. I
would like to make a comment in regards to that. I have seen mentioned about
when having a front blowout how nerve wracking it is to get off the road
safely, or worse yet have an accident.
When we got our GMC a Steer Safe package had already been installed so I
only knew about them what I had read.
We can highly recommend them as when we had a front left blowout the only
thing that happened was a slight tug on the steering wheel. Bud was able to
let off of the accelerator and guide Big Jim off the road with no problems,
no swaying or anything. (just a messed up lower place on the fiberglass from
the tire)
