Well, it was fun, but I need something more off-road capable.

Some of the work I've done is detailed in my build thread....
Linky
Asking $22,000
1978 GMC Royal
403 v8, TH425 Automatic
100k miles, averages 10mpg
All original appliances work.
Side bath w/ shower stall, front Kitchen and dinette, rear lounge that converts to king size bed.
3 way fridge (AC, DC, Propane) that works great.
4 burner propane stove, Original microwave.
Hot water heater has heating loop from engine so water is always hot while driving and arriving at camp.
Heats with propane as well.
Propane furnace. Rooftop AC. 6kw Onan Generator.
Built in NuTone Blender.
Headliner and carpet in traffic areas have been replaced.
Alcoa Rims and 16" radial tires
Tires are old but in very good condition. 80% tread and all hold air.
Air compressor for rear suspension replaced with Viair 480c. Much bigger and faster than original.
Upgraded most lighting to LED.
Fantastic Fan rooftop vent
Screen door
Electric auxiliary fuel pump installed.
3000w Inverter
Android head unit w/ 10" screen for streaming music and navigation
Full set of factory manuals.
Spare freshly overhauled transmision (Manny Tranny). Original still works fine.
Spare HEI Distributor recurved by Springfield-Ignition (the go-to for GMC motorhomes). The curve on the GMC distributor is different than other replacements.
Just installed Remachined 'Lenzi' front knuckles and wheel bearings. This addresses a common failure point and upgrades them to be servicable without disassembly.
Currently has 200Ah LifePo house battery, 40a DC-DC charger and 75A AC Charger installed.
I can replace LiPo with 100Ah AGM 'golf cart' batteries for a $1000 discount (I might just do this anyways as I can use it all for my next build).
I will also take $1000 of the asking price if the spare transmission is not desired.
I can help deliver within 500 miles.
