To answer most of the question so far:
1) Panel dimensions - 14.5"x15.5" and .75 deep
2) Panels can be hooked up in parallel.
3) I have two types of regulators, 2 Amp and 10 Amp. That means you can
hook up to 5 panels to 2 Amp unit
or a pot load to the 10 Amp unit. $15 for the 2 Amp, $30 for the 10
Amp. These have short leads on them, about 2 to 3 inches long.
4) Units must be in full sun for full 1/3 amp out put
5) They can be mounted flat on the roof. They work best if mounted at
a 45 degree angle and pointed
south, but can be mounted flat on the roof and will work well that way.
Remember they will not work well if shaded or even partially shaded.

true of all solar panels.
