I actually enjoy taking a shower in my dry-bath Royale. The propane
water heater provides plenty of hot water to shave my legs. (Just
kidding, I don't shave my legs in the shower ...usually use an electric
shaver. ;-) I like not having to schlep towels, soap, shampoo and etc's
throughout the campground. Last year I encountered my first "pay shower"
in what I thought was a nice campground. Of course I discovered this
AFTER I had marched 2 miles to the shower building and stripped down.
Silly me, didn't bring any quarters. And if I enjoy my shower a little
too long and the grey water tank starts to back up, well, at least I'm
not soaking my feet in recycled beer! Biggest problem I have with my
shower is the placement of the handle on the glass door, which
constricts the opening to a size inversely proportional to the
corresponding point on the showeree. Best thing I did for the "head' was
to add a 14" vent/skylight. Not "Fantastic", but it is pretty good.
