GMC PalmBeach for sale $6500

1975 Palm Beach 26-3
in Chattanooga Tn.
I have just lost my drive for this project
so I hope somebody picks it up and finishes it.
It is an excellent candidate.
I am listing it here first before
placing public ads for a little more.

New;
Main air conditioner 15K
PEX plumbing
Water inlet valve
Toilet
Cloyes Timing chain, gears
Water pump
Hoses
Belts
Radiator re-core
SS Oil cooler hoses
Steel ½" transmission cooler lines
Sully air bag system
Firestone air bags
Wireless Air system
2 Fantastic Fans (rear needs finishing and wall controller)
Fuel tanks refurbished by Gas Tank Renu
Fuel hoses
Fuel selector valve
6 American Eagle Wheels
6 Starfire (Cooper) tires 4/2014
Rear brakes (Shoes, springs, hardware, wheel cylinders)
Stainless rear brake hoses
Progressive Dynamics Intelli-Power converter
LED clearance lights
Breaker box
Vacuum reservoir tank for power brake back up
Insulated fuel carb fuel line

Spark plugs
Wires
Used Norcold 2 way fridge, propane not connected
It has power run for rear A/C
No frame rot, came from South Carolina

Paint is in fair (at best) condition
Headliner is terrible
The awning top rear arm mount is broken, pulled out of body
The windshields have the haze around the edges
The rear cabinets are complete, but need work
The Honda EV6010 generator is missing the muffler and leaks some oil.
Has new regulator and brushes
The LP system has not been tried by me, no propane in tank.
The front shocks need to be replaced

I hope I'm not too over or under priced.
I've looked, but I'm not sure.
If you have any advice on what I should be
pricing it at, I'd love to hear from you.

I'll add new pics as I clean it up. :d

EV-6010 Norcold 962 Sully's Wireless Air Mach 15k
Gettin better, $1 at a time...

A fair price for a fair set of bones:) Clean it up, and it's useable by the new owner while s/he finishes out the interior to taste.

76 26' Eleganza(?) with beaucoup mods and add - ons.

I would think you should include safety, motor, and transmission condition.
Is it drivable? How would you feel about driving it to new owners location
if it was 1000 miles away?
