Ralph,
Some GMCers, including myself, have used car seats from Tornadoes,
Riveras, & Eldorados. The leather,six-way power ones are popular. It's a
inexpensive way to go compared to new custom versions. There are many other
options available at the recyclers, as they prefer to be called now,
including late model van seats with arm rests, recliners, etc. I eliminated
the swivel base, ( we never used it anyway), to lower the 1984 Tornado seats
a few inches from the originals.
