Non GMC with exception that this is my TOAD. As many of you who tow Sammys that you stop every 200 miles to run the driveline juices. This I have
always done. After 670 miles of towing to New Orleans, Sammy would not move. Took a look and the rear driveshaft is hanging (barely) to the rear end.
Splines not engaged. My son, more limber than me, pushed the rear of the shaft into the rear end. Now at least it would move but of course not
reliable as a Toad for this trip anyway. What could have happened? Funny thing, on a whim, I had a local garage do a two day examination checking fit
on the lift and fluids, etc.

The adventure continues. I am going to remove the rear driveshaft altogether before heading north early Monday a.m. back to Lower MO. Thanks in
advance to any Samurai physicians.
