Some guys have asked how to cure the rubber pulling loose at the
window corners. Several months ago the cure for this was posted on
this net, don't remember by whom, but the idea worked perfect for me
on six different windows. You need no glue, just a sharp knife.
Make cuts in the part of the rubber that does not show, one cut about
every half inch, the average corner maybe gets about six or eight
slices, not the long way on the rubber, but the short way. This will
relieve the tension and you just take your thumb and push the rubber
right back in where it belongs. Worked well for me every time,
not a method to try to cure leaks, just looks nice and may help seal
the corner a little. Wish I could thank whoever posted this idea.
