i took all the old screws out, countersunk the holes and replaced with stainless steel screws. the ridge molding had caulking on the top of it. i scraped all that off with a piece of formica. i will put a new beed of caulking using pl 5200. i also lightly sanded the ridge molding and will spray with plasticote yellow.surprisingly enough the can i bought at pepboys matches. i also replaced all the roofrack screws with stainless ones and will put new pl5200 around them as well. any thoughts?
