repeat of information

Dear List Members: I enjoy almost all of the information that is forwarded
to me by this list but I have noticed recently that many people are
including all of the information of the previous post with their answer.
Not that I don't like reading the information, but would it be possible to
copy just enough of the previous thread to relate the subject and not
include all of the post. Would take a lot less space.

Tim:

I'm sure there will be almost as many points of view as there are
contributors. However, I prefer to include/have included everything about a
particular subject together, since I, like many others, save (currently just
under 4100) a considerable number of the GMCnet e-mail messages. That gives
me the complete history in one place, instead of multiple copies of messages
pertaining to a subject.

Different strokes for different folks.
