Recommended 403 valve cover gasket

What is the recommended gasket for a 403 valve covers? I am finding cork, cork-rubber, and solid rubber. I am also finding 3/32" and 11/64" gaskets
listed.

Bob, if you want a re-usable valve cover gasket, get the ones listed for an
Olds diesel. They are a metal core with silicone outer coatings. Spendy,
but, re-usable.
