Anybody ever replace a rear window gasket? Mine is hard as a rock and appears to be pushed in at one corner. I also have the 2" gap at the bottom middle. I was going to seal the gap with quick cure urethane but if the price is right Id rather replace.

I see Applied has one on their site ($104.70) but when I spoke with Sirum, they claim there is not a replacement available. Waiting to hear back from Applied for availability but in the meantime...

Rather find this locally if it's possible. Figure there'd be other RV's, School Buses, Space Shuttles that have the escape ring feature.

What say the collective?

UPDATE>

Spoke with Applied. They DO NOT have the original gasket with the escape pull out. They just have a rubber gasket that would work. Seems a bit pricey now. Think I'll stroll down to my local Goodyear Rubber store and buy it by the foot.

Still would like to her from others if you have a story to tell.
