Netters:

I am considering the Ramco mirrors via JR Wheeler. My original mirror
mounts also serve as the CB antennae mounts, one on each side. I don't
think the Ramcos willl allow that configuration. What would be a good
alternative antennae location if the Ramcos are installed? TIA,

As always, best regards.

Ritch,
To get the best ground plane pattern for your CB I would recommend
replacing your standard radio ant. that is on your roof with a ant. that
will do both radio and CB. I got mine from Radio Shack.

Rich:

I use another alternative. With the original radio antenna and two
splitters, I operate three radio's. An AM/FM, CB, and Beartracker. Makes
for a very "clean looking" coach. No garbage on the mirror brackets, no
exterior wires, and no additional holes through the body. In fact, from the
exterior, no one even knows you have a CB, etc.
