Hi All,
Just a word on doing work on Q-Jet jets. You really should remove it before
you replace the jets. This will remove the anxiety of dropping screws etc
into the throat. You will also be able to check the the bottom screws,
they only seem too loosen when the carb has been out before) these hold the
throttle to the body. Additionally some of the pins that hold linkages
together may be problematic if you have not done it before. It's usually
easier to see and figure out all parts when it's out. This is just my
opinion.
